Our Bundl Box Ambassador Program is a great way to earn funds for your school, team, charity, or organization!

Getting Started is Easy!

  1. Sign Up – Share your group name and details with us, and we’ll create your Ambassador Account number. All orders will be tracked under this account, so we can calculate your fundraising commission. Just let us know how many catalogues you need to get started!

  2. Spread the Word – Distribute the catalogues and explain the program to your family, friends, co-workers, teammates, or anyone else who wants to participate. Here’s how to help them support your group:

    • Share your fundraising cause – Let them know why you’re raising money.
    • Show off the Bundls – Highlight the fantastic options available.
    • Talk about the benefits – Easy budgeting and flexible payment options.
    • Give them more time – We’ll deliver Bundls directly to their door just in time for Christmas or the Summer holidays!
  3. Order Process – Customers place their orders (by phone, online, email, or Live Chat) and provide their Ambassador Account number for tracking. We’ll handle the rest, including delivery to their door.

  4. Earn Rewards – As orders come in, you’ll earn up to 5% commission (see the commission chart above). Your funds will be paid to your group in December-January for Christmas orders and June-July for Summer orders.

The Best Part? You won’t need to collect money, sort orders, or handle deliveries. It’s the easiest way to fundraise! Plus, your customers will lock in this year’s prices for next year’s groceries— it’s Grocery Layaway! All prices include taxes and delivery.

To Get Started: Simply call or email us with your group name, fundraising details, a contact person, and all your contact info (email and phone number). We’ll set you up as a fundraising group, and you’ll be ready to go!

We want to assure you that our team is working tirelessly to process and ship all Gift Card orders as quickly as possible. However, due to the ongoing Canada Post strike and significant delays with couriers struggling to manage high volumes, we’ve had to make some adjustments to our usual processes. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time, as we work hard to ensure that each order is delivered as promptly as possible.

As a reminder, our Christmas delivery season typically runs from mid-November to mid-December. To support your holiday shopping, we aim to ship Gift Card orders before Black Friday, knowing many of our customers depend on them for the season’s festivities. Please know that our team is doing everything they can to ensure your order reaches you quickly.
