Pick your favorites by simply clicking on the items and adding them to your cart—easy peasy! Christmas Bundls arrive between mid-November and December, while Summer Bundls come in June.

The price of your Bundl includes the contents, applicable taxes, and the shipping and handling of your order. Think about all the time and money you’ll save—no more gas, no waiting in store lines, and, best of all, more time for you! One price covers everything, from our catalogue straight to your door!

While some might say they can buy similar items at the grocery store for less, remember we offer a Price Lock Guarantee for a full year. That means you’re paying last year’s prices for this year’s Bundl! With inflation on the rise, our offer is a no-brainer.

Yes, you can! When placing your order, just let us know it’s a gift, and we’ll use the recipient’s address for delivery. Be sure to include their full delivery details—address, buzzer code, any special instructions, and a phone number. We’ll send the delivery notice to you, so you can share the exciting news with the lucky gift recipient!

Having a Bundl Box Ambassador is awesome! Your Ambassador is a current Bundl Box customer, so they can share their experience and help you place your order. Once your order is submitted, though, you’ll receive the confirmation directly. All payments go straight to Bundl Box, not your Ambassador. While we’d love to offer complete customization for each Bundl, packing thousands of food Bundls means it’s a bit tricky for our team to accommodate custom requests. However, we think we’ve done a great job curating the perfect selection of items for each Bundl! Our team is always working hard to include the most popular and trending items, ensuring you get the best of what’s available.

Yes, you can! We do need to set a deadline for changes to ensure we have enough time to order and pack everything. You can make changes or additions to your order up until the following dates:

  • SUMMER: April 7th
  • CHRISTMAS: October 1st

Just make sure to reach out before these dates, and we’ll be happy to assist with any updates!

SUMMER: May 1st 

CHRISTMAS: Oct 20th 

Here’s how you can pay for your order:

  • Pre-authorized debit – The only payment option available when ordering online.
  • Online banking – Set up Bundl Box as a bill payment through your bank.
  • Pay at the bank – Use your Bundl Box account number to pay directly at the bank.
  • Cheque – Make it payable to Bundl Box.
  • Money order – Also payable to Bundl Box.

Pre-authorized debit is the most popular choice among our customers. Simply set it up on a convenient payment date, and let it handle the rest!

Please note, full payment for your order must be received by the final payment cutoff date. If you haven’t completed your payments by then, we’ll reduce your order to the amount paid. If you’re paying by cheque, money order, or online banking, be sure to send it in time to avoid any reductions!

Bundl Box’s No Refund policy takes effect 15 days after you place your order. After this period, any cancellations, at our sole discretion, may be subject to a 25% administration fee based on the amount paid up until the cancellation date, with a maximum fee of $100.

All payments made to your order are considered non-refundable deposits. However, you’re our top priority, and we’re here to help! If your circumstances change, we’ll work with you to set up a payment plan and assist in selecting items up to the amount you’ve already paid.

If you decide to cancel your order, we will still deliver any Bund’ls or products you’ve paid for. For example, if you’ve saved $300, we’ll help you choose Bundl’s, products, or gift certificates worth that same amount. We’re committed to finding the best solution for you!

Bundl Box is excited to deliver across Canada (excluding Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut)! However, alternate arrangements may be available—feel free to reach out for more information. Please note, if you live in a rural area as defined by Canada Post, a surcharge may apply, and we’ll confirm this when you place your order.

Christmas orders are delivered between mid-November and mid-December, and Summer orders are delivered in June. A few weeks before your delivery, we’ll send you a Delivery Advice notice with your scheduled delivery date.

Please make arrangements to be home on that day to receive your order.

  • Gift Certificates will be sent by registered mail, giving you plenty of time to plan your shopping trip!
  • Electronics, toys, gift items, and other non-grocery products may arrive separately from your food Bundl delivery.

If you experience any delivery issues—such as damages or missing items—please notify Bundl Box within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Product Availability and Shipping

Our team strives to deliver products exactly as listed in the catalogue. All meat and frozen bundl’s are shipped frozen to ensure freshness. Please note that slight variations in weight may occur due to changes in manufacturing and delivery processes.

Product Weight and Substitutions

All meat weights listed are average package weights. In some cases, substitutions may be made with products of equal or greater retail value, if necessary, to fulfill your order.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure accuracy in product listings, including typographical and photographic details. However, unintentional errors may occur, and Bundl Box is not responsible for such errors. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the actual product.

Fresh Products Disclaimer

Any fresh products depicted in the catalogue or on our website are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product received.

At Bundl Box, we work closely with our suppliers to ensure top-quality products and maximum freshness. Our frozen food items are carefully packaged specifically for us and shipped directly from the manufacturer just in time for our packing season.

To preserve freshness, our meat and freezer bundl’s are flash-frozen by our manufacturer partners, who ship them directly to our Frozen Packing Facility. These items are typically sold fresh in stores and carry a manufacturer’s stamped “Best Before” date, which applies when the product is not frozen.

The flash-freezing process allows you to store these products in your freezer for up to 6 months. Once thawed, products should be cooked according to package instructions and consumed immediately for the best taste and quality.

By placing your order, you agree that all payments made before the final payment date will be held by Bundl Box as non-refundable deposits. These deposits will be applied toward the total price of your order when the balance is due. If your order is not fully paid by the final payment date, you authorize Bundl Box to adjust your order by substituting your selected Bundl with another of equal value (including taxes, delivery, administrative fees, etc.) as determined by our team.

If you’re participating in the JumpStart Program, you acknowledge that Bundl Box may continue to withdraw from your account after the final payment date, using those funds as non-refundable deposits toward future orders.

Your direct debit payments will continue until your current order is fully paid. After the final payment date for the current catalogue, a JumpStart may be activated for you, and payments will automatically continue toward the next catalogue. The JumpStart program allows you to make payments for the following year’s order while giving you time to decide on your Bundl selections.

We will notify you with the details of your JumpStart payments before your direct debits begin. JumpStart Auto-Renewals are fully refundable at no cost if you decide to cancel within the first two months of the initial payment.

We reserve the right to charge a $5 monthly administration fee for any credit balance on accounts that remain inactive.

While we strive for accuracy in our typography and photography, unintentional errors may occur. Bundl Box is not responsible for any such errors. Please note, product images are for illustrative purposes only.

You have the right to cancel this agreement from the day you enter into it and up to 15 days thereafter, without providing a reason. If you do not receive your order within 30 days of the delivery date stated on your delivery advice letter, you may cancel the agreement within one year of the contract date. This right is forfeited if you accept delivery after the 30-day period.

There may be additional cancellation rights as required by law in your province. For further details, please contact your provincial or territorial consumer affairs office.

 To cancel, please send a written notice to hello@bundlbox.ca, or use a cancellation method that provides proof of notice.

To create an account, click the LOGIN button at the top right of the page, then select Register. Enter your preferred email address for communications and username, create a password, and click Register to complete the process.

Once logged in, the Login button will change to Account, where you can easily view and update your account details.

Currently, our website and customer database are not directly connected, so changes to existing orders cannot be made online. However, you can place new orders, view past orders, and update your mailing and payment information directly on the website.

Your order history will only display orders placed online after you registered your new account. Orders made on our previous Chrisco site may not appear if they weren’t successfully transferred.

Important Update on Christmas 2024 Gift Card Shipments

We want to assure you that our team is working tirelessly to process and ship all Gift Card orders as quickly as possible. However, due to the ongoing Canada Post strike and significant delays with couriers struggling to manage high volumes, we’ve had to make some adjustments to our usual processes. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time, as we work hard to ensure that each order is delivered as promptly as possible.

As a reminder, our Christmas delivery season typically runs from mid-November to mid-December. To support your holiday shopping, we aim to ship Gift Card orders before Black Friday, knowing many of our customers depend on them for the season’s festivities. Please know that our team is doing everything they can to ensure your order reaches you quickly.
