It also includes information about your Bundl order. Publicly available information, such as public directory listings of your name, address, telephone number, is not considered personal information.
We collect and use personal information about you in order to maintain our relationship with you in connection with our products and services. This is further used to administer billing and accounting services and security measures in relation to your business with us; promote and market additional products and services offered by us, including by means of direct marketing; provide you with personalized features and services.

The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, incorporates the ten principles of the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information. The Privacy Principles establish the minimum standards required to be followed by organizations for the protection of personal information.
This policy outlines the rules and best practices for sending and receiving SMS and MMS messages for Bundl Box. Its purpose is to ensure all texting practices are transparent, compliant, and respectful of our customers. The policy covers:
- Customer-initiated messages: For support and general inquiries.
- Transactional messages: To facilitate an agreed-upon transaction, like an order confirmation or shipping update.
- Promotional messages: To market products or special offers.
Bundl Box will never send unsolicited text messages. We will only send messages to users who have provided explicit written consent. This is a crucial requirement for all promotional and marketing messages under TCPA.
- Consent methods: We will obtain consent through clear, affirmative actions, such as:
- An unchecked checkbox on a web form that the user must click.
- A text-to-join keyword campaign where the user texts a specific word to a number.
- A verbal agreement with an agent that is meticulously documented.
